Team

I love team sports. The consistent one in my life has been basketball, but any game where the outcome depends on the whole team is up my alley.

For me, it’s not about the final score. It’s fun to know who wins or loses, but the reason I play, is to play. It’s about working with my team on every possession, offence or defense, to get the best possible outcome in that moment.

We all have strengths and weaknesses, good days and bad days, and we all contribute something. To succeed, we must have peripheral vision, work together under pressure, be adaptable, lift each other up, and hold each other accountable.

We achieve more when we work as a team, and mostly importantly, we have more fun.
