This was originally my ‘Service Values’. What I’ve come to realize is, it is bigger than hospitality. This is a worthy framework for life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do not judge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I treat everyone as equal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I honour my commitments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I pay attention to detail<\/strong>. <\/strong>I am committed to doing everything I can to get it right the first time (I am a professional<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am considerate<\/strong> and I act with intention. <\/strong>I take responsibility for my actions and strive to make thoughtful decisions that benefit others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I maintain boundaries, respecting <\/strong>myself and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am confident <\/strong>in my area of expertise, humble <\/strong>in what I don’t know, and I am constantly striving to improve<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I embrace feedback<\/strong> and seek the opportunity to learn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My passion <\/strong>for life and my enthusiasm <\/strong>for what I do is clear for all to see. My positive energy <\/strong>is infectious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
